_During a recent meditation at development circle I was given the following exercise to do by spirit. If you are a healer this is an awesome way of finding out quickly who in a group needs the most healing energy.

Carry out the usual rituals to get relaxed and open to spirit. Direct the universe to use you as a channel for the universal healing energy to help these present in the room.

Visualise the healing energy forming as a visible rope. This rope goes in the ear of the person nearest you and out of their other. The rope continues to the next person, in their first ear and out the other.

Visualise the healing rope joining everyone in the room the same way, through their ears. See it as a colour of your choice, I seen my first one as grey, like smoke.

When the rope is joining everyone have a look around the circle and see how much of the energy is dissipating into each person's head. The energy will be seen as bits of energy and you can make their heads transparent to make it easier.

The energy will break away from the rope by varying amounts depending on how much energy that person requires. Look around the circle of people in your mind that are now happily joined with your energy rope. Look and see which one or two are taking the most energy.

They are the ones to focus the healing energy on.

The first time I was given this exercise I seen two people in the circle that distinctly needed more energy than the others and this proved to be so when they were questioned later.
