_What is the most important thing in your life?
Keep that in front of you and you will discover that other things take care of themselves. When you live according to what's important to you, you give meaning to everything you do. You no longer live by the clock, but instead follow your inner compass. Courtesy of Innerspace All religions, like a path, lead to God and no single religion has the monopoly on God.
Spiritualists believe that one should be free to take what you want from the bible, but not to use its contents as a tool or weapon to condemn others. Such actions are neither spiritual nor worthy of a God that is spiritual perfection and shows unconditional love to all his children, no matter what spiritual pathway they follow.

Four Gones Forever
Four things that you cannot recover in life.
THE THROWN STONE Once the accusation is made it is set THE WORD Once the words are said they are said THE OCCASION After it is missed, it is missed forever THE TIME When gone, it's gone for good You Just Never Know
One night, at 11:30 p.m., an older African American lady was standing on the side of an Alabama highway in the USA. She stood at the roadside soaked and desperately trying to endure a lashing rain storm. Her car had broken down and she desperately needed a lift.
Soaking wet, she decided to flag down the next car. A young white man stopped to help her, generally unheard of in those conflict-filled 1960's. The man took her to safety, helped her get assistance and put her into a taxicab. She seemed to be in a big hurry, but wrote down his address and thanked him. Seven days went by and a knock came on the man's door. To his surprise, a giant console color TV was delivered to his home. A special note was attached. It read: "Thank you so much for assisting me on the highway the other night. The rain drenched not only my clothes, but also my spirits. Then you came along. Because of you, I was able to make it to my dying husband's bedside just before he passed away. God bless you for helping me and unselfishly serving others." Sincerely Mrs. Nat King Cole Don't worry about your reputation . . . that is what people think of you.
| Fear
Fear is the energy which contracts, closes down, draws in, runs, hides, hoards, harms.
Love is the energy which expands, opens up, sends out, stays, reveals, shares, heals. Emotions
ANGER is a natural emotion. Its purpose is change and in its normal state it shouldn't last more than about 15 seconds. If it is repressed it turns into rage, revenge, self-destructiveness, hate and depression. Public enemy number one.
FEAR- of only two things - loud noises and falling - is a natural emotion. Its purpose is survival. In its unnatural form it becomes anxiety, phobia, panic. GRIEF serves the vital purpose of resolving losses. When denied a healthy outlet it turns into self-pity, depression, shame and guilt. JEALOUSY triggers emulation and therefore evolution. When it gets out of proportion it becomes envy, greed, competitiveness, manipulation and hypocrisy. LOVE, that makes the world go round and bonds us together, can turn to prostitution, possessiveness, a pathetic need for approval and a lack of confidence. " If I had known I was going to live this long I would have looked after myself a bit better." Your thoughts don't exist in isolation, they affect the world.
Every thought creates vibrations. Vibrations ripple out into the universe. Send your thoughts and vibrations to someone you know who's in difficulty, experiencing illness or pain Courtesy of Innerspace Risk
To love is to risk not being loved first.
To hope is to risk disappointment. But risks must be taken because the greatest risk in life is to risk nothing. The person who risks nothing, does nothing, sees nothing, has nothing and is nothing. He cannot learn, feel, change, grow, love and live. Anon Background and circumstances may have influenced who we are . . .
. . . But we are responsible for who we become | Thoughts are like ants - when one comes, a whole troop arrives.
One thought can multiply in a matter of seconds, and then suddenly an army of negative thoughts is on the march. What are you going to do, to stop the invasion? Have one determined thought to transform a negative thought into a positive one. It's easier to win when you deal with only 1 or 2 thoughts. Don't let the negative thoughts multiply - have zero tolerance for their presence, even if it's just for a few minutes. Courtesy of Innerspace You can have anything you want if you want it desperately enough. You must want it with an exuberance that erupts through the skin and joins the energy that created the world.
Sheila Graham The SoulIt's a state of beingness that the soul is after and not a state of doingness.
Doing is a function of the body . . .
